Please read Carefully

1.  The reservation of train ticket is fully controlled by Indian railway and so is requested to travel as per allotted berth or seat. Please do not request to tour manager for adjustment of berth or seat.

2.  During the time of train journey travelers have to take their Tea/ breakfast/ lunch/ snacks and dinner at own cost as individual arrangement.

3.  We are requesting tour entire tourists travelling Jammu & Kashmir to bring Original photo identity card & double dose vaccination certificate (Aadhar, Epic, Double dose vaccination certificate & birth certificate of child who do not have Aadhaar card).

4.  Hotel non ac accommodation, 2nd class non ac sleeper train fare, Reserve vehicle for all travelers during sightseeing up to Parking, On arrival starting destination hotel  to check out last destination hotel  4 time foods are included in package cost .

 5.  Package cost is not included train food, boating, and any type of entry fees, guide charge, porter charges at station premises, any       type of riding charges, camera charge, Train foods, and extra local vehicle for sightseeing.

 6.  Any type of accident or loss, damage of luggage/ luggage’s or lost of any baggage D G Travelling Agency or its any representative      will not be liable or not be responsible.                                                         

7.  If any traveler wish to go any other place as per his/her choice excluding our written tour itinerary he or she may travel with his or her own expenditure.

8.  For any unforeseen reason tour itinerary may be changed without any prior notice.

9.  In case of extra stay or journey or extension of tour days for any reason, travelers have to pay on spot extra actual cost.

10.  Road close due to rock falls or due to military convoy activity or any other reasons if any problems arise to reach destination at proper time D G Travelling Agency or its any employee will not be liable or responsible.

11.  Please deposit full amount before 7 days of journey date. Without deposit full amount we are not able to provide services.

12.  We are requesting to our entire respected travelers to follow our tour manager or guide instruction during the period and if any person fails to follow him we are not responsible to search the missing person.

13.  In case of any cancellation of scheduled train/vehicle or failed to board the pre selected train/vehicle for any reason like as political agitation, lockdown, natural calamity, road block etc. whatsoever, no demurrages will be provided & money will be refunded after deduction of total expenditure and other investments.

14.  If hike train fare or bus fare due to hike up diesel cost after confirming the package, travelers have to pay extra actual cost.                                           

15.  Cancellation System After confirm the package booking:

130 days before commencing tour start date – RS 1000 per head

130 to 60 days before of commencing tour start date – RS 1000 + 15 % per head on total amount

60 to 30 days before of commencing tour start date – RS 1000 + 30 % per head on total amount

30 to 10 days before of commencing tour start date – RS 1000 + 60 % per head on total amount

10 to 4 days before of commencing tour start date – RS 1000 + 80 % per head on total amount

Within 96 hour total package amount shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

16.  The terms & conditions as aforesaid are circulated to our entire respective customer – travelers for their information and compliance. We are sure that all the travelers travelling with us are well known about the terms & condition of us and travelling with their full consent.
